PURCHASE
Prints are sold unframed and unmatted. Prices include tax and domestic postage. There may be an additional charge for international orders. Prints are generally mailed USPS priority mail in a flat package. All prints are insured and require a signature on delivery. The Post Office usually makes two attempts to deliver after which they leave a note as to where you may pick up the prints. I will send you a tracking number which you can use to determine the arrival date. Other arrangements such as UPS or FedEx are also available for a small extra charge.
How to Order
Prints may be ordered as follows.
Go to the contact page and email the following information:

-- Name & quantity of prints. Indicate if you are only interested in numbered prints.
-- An email address
-- A physical address
You will receive a PayPal invoice at your email address. You may pay with a credit card or your PayPal account if you have one. Shipping time for USPS priority mail is usually 3 business days. Please save the packaging material until you are satisfied with the order so that you may return it if necessary; see below for details.
If you prefer, you may also pay by check, made out to Kathleen Whysner and mailed to the address on the contact page. Use Priority Mail or request a Signature Confirmation. You will receive an email when the check arrives.
Replacements and Returns
Within 7 days of receipt, you may get a replacement, if available, for a damaged print or get a refund for any reason.
Go to the contact page and send an email with the following information:

-- Reason for replacement or refund
You will receive a prepaid USPS mailing label that you can attach to the original packaging. Once the returned item is received, the replacement or refund check will be mailed to you.
